Champion of USSR (1982).
USSR Championship Bronze medal winner (1983).
Included into the list of 33 best players of the USSR (1982). 

As a coach 
Was a long-serving assistant of the first BATE coach Yuri Puntus when the Yellow Blues won the Belarusian Championship (1999, 2002), four times came as the runnuers-up (1998, 2000, 2003, 2004) and won bronze medal (2001). Working as an assistant coach at MTZ-RIPO won the Belarusian Cup (2005, 2008) and two more bronze medals of the Belarusian Championship (2005, 2008).

Started his career at Vympel Football School (Kaliningrad). Played as a midfielder. Began his professional career at FC Dinamo Moscow in 1973 and managed to participate in 13 matches and score 2 goals. In 1976 transferred to FC Dinamo Minsk. In this team Pudyshev quickly established himself as a leader, fans favourite and captain. 1982 was the climax of his career. Dinamo became USSR champions. In 1984 played one match for the USSR national team and USSR Olympic team. Also played for Dinamo Stavropol (1986-88), Dinamo Barnaul (1988), Dinamo Samarkand (1989), Dinamo Yakutsk (1991-93) and Samotlor XXI Nizhnevartovsk (1994).

Later was appointed at Dinamo Minsk as a coach (1994-97). Then started to work at BATE as a first assistant coach (1997-2003). After the spell of BATE Borisov was the coach of Dinamo-Uni (2003-04), first assistant of MTZ-RIPO (2005-09) and Dinamo Brest (2010-11). Between 2001 and 2005 was the assistant coach of Yuri Puntus in the U21 Belarusian Team. In 2006-07 performed same functions in the Belarusian national team.

25 October 2010 set became the oldest player to have ever played in the Belarusian Championship (56 years old). He appeared as a substitute in the match BATE — Dinamo (Brest) in 90th minute.

1 November 2011 was appointed as FC BATE Borisov Reserves coach. Has a category B coaching licence.
