Radzionau definitely brings BATE good luck. Since he joined the club in 2006, the Yellow Bleus have won all national championships. Although it was a bit difficult for the forward to adapt in the team. It took Vitali some time to get accustomed to BATE style, but the coach Ihar Kryushenka had a lot of faith in him, and in the end Radzionau proved his sophistication and scoring ability. After half a season on loan in German SC Freiburg, Vitali was back and continued scoring for FC BATE.

Radzionau is a true forward. He is good not only at finishing, but can be extremely useful in providing opportunities for his partners. A lot of his goals were vital for the club, such as gems against Dinamo Kiev, Sheriff and AZ in 2010/11 UEFA Europa League Group stage.

Nicknamed Professor for his ability to choose correct decision in and off the pitch.
