Niakhaichyk was raised in the BATE Academy before signing his first professional contract with the Yellow Blues in 2007. He became a hero of BATE supporters after scoring an amazing winner in Brussels in the match against RSC Anderlecht in 2008/09 Europa League 2nd round qualifying match. Belarusian journalists even nicknamed him The Hero of Brussels. BATE youngster also earned a penalty and a red card of the opponent's defender and became the matchwinner for the Yellow Blues.

Before moving to Dinamo Moscow in summer-2011 Niakhaichyk helped the team in the UEFA Champions League qualification, where BATE beat Linfield F.C., FK Ekranas and SK Sturm Graz. At that time his resord in the Belarusian competition equaled 100 matches (18 goals). And all in all Niakhaichyk played 164 matches for BATE and scored 34 goals at that time.

Unfortunately, in Moscow after a brilliant start Naikhaichyk later became a substitute player with small amount of playing time (17 matches and 1 goal).

In winter 2013 Pavel switched for BATE again. His return home was warmly welcomed by the fans.
