Talented youngster got his big game chance from Eduard Malofeev, who coached Shakhter Soligorsk for a short spell in 2010 and included him to starting eleven at once. And Dzianis progressed rapidly. In autumn he was already one of the 22 best players of the Vysshaya Liga. Another peculiar fact: he played for the national team before he made debut in U-21 Belarusian team. With the latter Dzianis won bronze medal at 2011 U-21 EURO Tournament and got qualified for London 2012 Olympics.
