'We are to blame ourselves'

BATE midfielder Siargei Krivets commented on the game against FC Naftan (1-1).

- That was a poor performance. We started badly, we were too laid-back and could have conceded already in the first minutes. But later we caught the initiative and scored a goal. Nevertheless Naftan managed to equalize, and we did not score the second in the second half.

Probably we lacked emotions after the Champions League game against Debreceni VSC. I felt that on myself. But we are professionals and were to take the three points. We are to blame ourselves. I had a superchance after the break.

Naftan did not surprise us. They just defended with all their personnel and tried to create counterattacks when we attacked a lot. But that were our mistakes that gave them the chances to do that.
