Maksim Valadzko: lack of courage

- Terrible feelings. I feel really frustrated. We did not play as we planned to do. We lacked courage, especially in the first half. In the second, when we were two goals behind, we started to play as we should have from the very beginning. Dnepr got tired a bit as well. In the first half we suffered a failure. We were not active, we did not use wings, shot on target just once! And did not create any goalscoring opportunities. We controlled the ball, but Dnepr counterattacked anyway.

We knew Dnepr would attack in this way at home. And Mogilev have good players upfront - Bulyga, Yurchenko, Chernykh. We were told to play with two defenders against them. But we could not keep up with their pace anyway. They ran away once, then twice, then they scored...

I played as a left winger and felt all right. I tried myself in this position in the training sessions, and knew, that if I am in the pitch I would be an attacker. We lost twice in seven matches. Terrible result. And I cannot say the opponents were much better. Something is to be done. We will try to throw it out of our minds and make up in front of our spectators in a week's time.
