Raman is the most consistent goalgetters in the history of the Vysshaya Liga. A striker with fantastic ability and skills, he scored a tremendous number of career goals. First at Dinamo Brest, later at Slavia Mozyr and Dinamo Minsk, FC Gomel and FC Minsk. Short stays abroad at the Russian Spartak Moscow and Hapoel Tel Aviv from Israel did not prevent him to become an absolute legend of the Belarusian Vysshaya Liga. He also known for his deeds in the national team, for example famous four-goal performance in the match against Poland.

He appeared at BATE as a reinforcement before the 2012 European campaign and became and important part of the team. His goal against FC Gomel in August 2012 was of pivotal importance.
