Bardachou came to FC BATE in 2009 and played for our team until the middle of the 2013 season. During this period, he became a five-time champion of Belarus (2009-13) and four times included in the list of 22 best players in the championship (2009-12), and also won the National Cup (2010). At the same time, Maksim performances in the Champions League (30 matches) and the Europa League (19 matches) fall in the BATE cage. These included a draw with AC Milan, victories over FC Lille and FC Bayern Munich (Champions League), victories over FC Everton and FC AZ, and two draws with PSG in the 1/16 finals of the Europa League.
Further, after the legionary stage in Russia, as well as performances for FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk and FC Torpedo-BelAZ, Bardachou made a comeback at FC BATE in July 2021 - and immediately joined the main team. And in the 2022 season, Maksim, at the age of 36, was the most experienced player on the team. In a sharply rejuvenated squad, the defender played an important role in the formation of partners, regularly helping out in critical situations. In addition, during the season he reached the mark of 500 matches at the highest level, registering in the prestigious Sergei Aleinikov Club.
In total, Bardachou played 224 matches for FC BATE (16th place in the history of the club), 127 of which were victorious (56.7 percent), scored 8 goals and made 16 assists.
