Today, at the Municipal Stadium Mezőkövesd in Hungary, within the second leg of UEFA Champions League 2023/24 First Qualifying Round, FC BATE Borisov defeated the Albanian FC Partizani Tirana with a score of 2:0 (the first leg match – 1:1) and promoted to the next stage of the main European club competition.
The Yellow-Blues will duel at the Second Qualifying Round with the champion of Cyprus – Aris Limassol FC. The first leg takes place on Wednesday, 26th July, at the Alphamega Stadium in Limassol city (capacity – 11,000 spectators). The kick-off whistle will sound at 20:00 local time. The return match will take place on Tuesday, 1st August, at the Municipal Stadium Mezőkövesd (behind closed doors) and starts at 20:00 local time (21:00 of Belarusian time).
