The contract with FC BATE was signed by 20-year-old midfielder Kiryl Charnavok, who spent the last one and a half seasons in FC Minsk.

Debuted in the Major league happened in the MD2 of the 2021 national championship, when FC Rukh Brest visited FC Minsk. The match ended in a 2:2 draw, with Kirуl coming on as a substitute for FC Rukh in the 78th minute. In the future, Charnavok continued to be a substitute player.

Along the way played for the youth (U-17) and junior (U-19) national teams of Belarus. In 2020, together with the youth team, he won the Development Cup. Since 2022, he has been called up to the youth team (U-21).

In 2022 became a FC Minsk player. As part of the "citizens" he scored the first goal in the Major league. At this moment has 52 matches in the domestic league and scored 4 goals.
