The tournament in memory of famous Belarusian players and coaches Yury Pahalnikau and Ivan Savostsikau finished in Minsk. It was attended by eight youth teams (players born in 2006-07 years), among which were youngsters from FC BATE Borisov (team staffed by players born in 2006).

In Group B our guys prevailed over FC Krumkachy (3:2) and FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk (4:2), tied the game with SDUSSHOR Dinamo (2:2) – and, having gained 7 points, took the first place in a quartet.

In the semifinals, FC BATE Borisov defeated the second team of Group A – RCOR-BGU (2:1). In the final match, the Yellow-Blues in a bitter struggle lost to FC Dinamo Minsk (1:2) and became silver medalists.

The player from Borisov Ilya Brelunenka was recognized as the best defender of the tournament, and our captain Ales Sakhonchyk became its the best player.
