After expiration of the contract term, the coaches Aliaksandr Lisouski and Andrei Drozd left the Yellow-Blues' squad.

Aliaksandr Lisouski was one of the key players of our team at the junction of the 90s and 2000s, and was also included to the list of the 22 best players of the championship three times. Since 2011 (with minor interruptions) he had successfully worked in the coaching structure of our club. During this time, together with FC BATE Borisov, he became 6-time Champion of Belarus (2013-18), 3-time winner of the Cup of Belarus (2015, 2020, 2021), 4-time winner of the Super Cup (2014-17), 3-time silver medalist of the domestic championship (2019, 2020, 2021) and the Champion of Belarus among reserves teams (2011).

Andrei Drozd has been very successful in training the goalkeepers of our team since 2012, and at all levels of the club hierarchy (youth structure, reserves and first team). So, with him, among the Yellow-Blues' goalkeepers, Dzianis Shcharbitski, Anton Chychkan, Andrei Kudravets were revealed and showed themselves. Together with FC BATE Borisov as a coach, he became 3-time Champion of Belarus (2014, 2017, 2018), 2-time winner of the Cup of Belarus (2020, 2021), 2-time winner of the Super Cup (2014, 2017), 3-time silver medalist of the domestic championship (2019, 2020, 2021).
