The contract with our club for the role of sporting director was signed by Mikhail Khlus.

A lot is connected with the name of this specialist in the history of the Yellow-Blues. As a player, he performed for FC BATE Borisov during the BSSR (1984) and during the sovereign period (1996-97). He began his coaching career in 1998 at FC Smena-BATE, in the 2000s he worked with a reserves, and then at the headquarters of the first team - in coaching and leadership positions. Together with FC BATE Borisov, as a coach, he became the champion of Belarus and the owner of the domestic Cup (2006), as a functionary - the champion of Belarus (2007).

In 2009-12, Khlus worked as Deputy General Director of FC BATE Borisov responsible for the development of youth football, after which he moved to FC Torpedo-BELAZ from Zhodino. And now, nine years later, he returned to the Borisovites' camp in a new incarnation.
