The contract with the Yellow-Blues has been extended by Icelandic midfielder Willum Willumsson - the agreement to be valid until end of the upcoming season.

For Willi, this will be the fourth year at FC BATE Borisov. Together with our club, he became a two-time winner of the Cup of Belarus (2020, 2021) and a three-time silver medalist of the domestic championship (2019, 2020, 2021). He has 63 official matches for the Yellow-Blues, 9 goals and 5 assists. As a player of FC BATE Borisov, he established himself as the leader of Iceland U-21 team - and made his debut in the national A-team of his country.
