Today the representative squad of Belarus U-19 (players no older than 2004 year of birth), which involved 10 FC BATE Borisov players, completed its training camp in Minsk.
Mikhail Markhel’s team played three friendly matches at the ABFF pitches. First one was tied with FC Slutsk – 1:1 (80; 35). In this sparring, the 1st half was played by Arseni Blotsk, Aleksandr Martynov, Uladzislau Mialko, Matsvei Svidzinski, Aliaksandr Frantsuzau and Artsiom Shumanski. In turn, the 2nd half was held by Arseni Aheyeu, Zakhar Hitseleu, Danila Zhulpa and Tsimafei Sharkouski, after a pass by which the Belarusian youngsters equalized the score.
Then the U-19 squad exchanged victories with the Uzbekistan representative team (U-20). The first match brought victory to the hosts – 4:1 (20, 47, 79, 92+; 41). 5 FC BATE Borisov players were in the starting lineup: Martynov (replaced on the 86th minute), Shumanski (substituted on the 72nd minute), Blotski, Mialko and Frantsuzau (all replaced on the 59th minute). Aheyeu, Hitseleu, Svidzinski and Sharkouski entered the game on the 59th minute. It shall be added and emphasized that Shumanski scored opener on the 20th minute after an assist from Frantsuzau.
Today, the Belarusians lost to the guests in a bitter struggle – 3:4 (24, 54, 78; 9, 25, 61, 64). Six of the Yellow-Blues’ players came out in the first eleven: Svidzinski (replaced on the 74th minute), Zhulpa (substituted on the 58th minute), Aheyeu, Hitseleu, Mialko and Sharkouski (all played the 1st half only). The 2nd half was played in full by Blotski and Shumanski, Frantsuzau appeared on the field of play on the 58th minute, Martynov – on the 74th one. It should be noted that Shumanski made a goaling brace, scoring at the 54th and 78th minutes.
